We love feedback and we welcome it! Love something? Let us know. Struggling with something - let us know! Just keep it constructive. Thoughtful feedback will help us improve the game and community for everyone.
You can provide feedback directly by using the feedback channel in our official Discord server. You can also send a ticket directly to our Project ETHOS Customer Support Team with your detailed input!
Bugs and Game Issues
A game in an early playtest is bound to see some errors and bugs, so our Project ETHOS Customer Support Team is ready to take your reports.
To keep the process streamlined for you, these are some of the things that can help us make a complete report:
- 2K Account Name - your full ID with the numbers at the end
- What date and time did the issue occur - include your time zone
- What game mode did this happen in
- Steps we can use to reproduce the error - what were you doing before it happened?
- Any screenshots, pictures, or video you have of the problem

Reporting Another Player
We understand that while we want Project ETHOS to be a place where everyone is welcome, there are players that will not abide by our Code of Conduct. If you encounter some bad behavior, including cheating or harassment, be sure to check our Reporting Another Player article, where you will find a guide to the best ways to bring this to our attention.
Don’t try to handle issues yourself, or add to the problem by jumping into the fray.
